Including but not limited to:
Product accident management
consumer complaint handling
Adverse event response
Product recall coordination
The above services are all additional paid items and are not included in the basic European services. Customers can choose to purchase them according to their needs. The company reserves the right to charge based on service items
For the right to corresponding fees, the specific charging standards will be negotiated separately. The customer agrees not to bring claims or pursue liability against the company for any issues other than such services.
